Add a workout/relax category as a shortcut on (Fitbit app/smartwatches)

Fitbit currently has features in which users can track mindful moments using breathing timers, as well as to be able to start/stop exercise tracking. It would be a useful feature if Fitbit added a workout/relax category that would monitor heart rate until told to stop (similarly to stopping a workout on the watch) to be counted as mindfulness.

(This comment is to expand beyond the 350 character limit) Fitbit recently introduced the mindfulness tab in the mobile app. This feature allows users to complete a meditation within the app, and have the ability to rate their level and calm as well as to view their heart rate. However, only the relaxation timers and Fitbit-app meditations will appear in this tab. This feature suggests having a way to start a meditation "exercise" so that users can exclusively monitor their heart-rate and stress levels after their meditation or mindfulness session. This would function in a similar fashion to starting and stopping an exercise from within the app or on the watch, which would give users a better insight into mindful moments, as they should not require the use of a meditation within the app. There are countless different ways people meditate and practice mindfulness, and users should not be limited in the ways that they monitor their mindfulness and stress levels over time.

Agreed. Users may also watch or listen to something outside of FitBit and wish to track their heartrate.
