I can't seem to find an option like this, but I know it exists on the apple watches.
After an intense workout I'd like to see how long it took for my heart, breath rate and body to get back to baseline. The quicker your heart and body is back to baseline, the better more efficient it is.

I'm just starting my exercise journey and I'd love to be able to see how over time my body deals with recovery more efficiently as I improve my fitness.
