I think it would be good to be able to track when in your cycle it is that you’re really hungry all the time, and when your appetite is low or you’re not that hungry at all.
Hi @mk395, and thanks for taking the time to share this suggestion about adding hungry and low appetite to the symptoms list in the Female Health Tracking with us. That's not a bad idea, @mk395 . I would like to see that, too. Is there one for women whose menstrual cycle has slowed down, though? I ask because the Female Health Tracker keeps showing when my predicted periods are supposed to happen, but they don't happen for months, sometimes. Also, can Fitbit please include horizontal, as well as vertical, clock faces for the Inspire and Inspire HR? Thanks. 🙂
For me personally I don’t have a normal 28 day cycle either so I have actually just turned off the period predictions in the settings in the Female Health section. Then I can just add them in as and if they do happen sometimes. Hope this helps! 😊
I just downloaded the app and got my Fitbit up and running. I was logging my female health details and couldn't find hunger symptoms, then I realised there isn't one! A bit odd considering most women suffer from low and increased appetite during their cycle.
