Add end encryption for Menstrual Health Tracking data

Especially with the current climate in the US regarding Row v Wade and the fact that Fitbit still doesn't have a way to mass delete all of the menstrual data (as well as the related temperature, fertility, etc data), this app and all of the data should have end to end encryption

This is needed because:
In the US, and other parts of the world, it is dangerous for menstruation information to become public knowledge if a user needs to terminate a pregnancy for any reason and local governments/family members/etc secide that is not an option. It is also dangerous if a user chooses to use birth control and the same groups choose to withhold access

Sad but true and realistic example of why we need data privacy, especially for protected health information now more than ever. Bluetooth as a protocol is still pretty vulnerable, but Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) has some kind of security manager function in its stack that includes encryption support. I'm sure Google/Fitbit's tech folks are aware, but I really hope they plan to implement that. I don't think folks fully understand how close we are to dystopian worlds like The Handmaid's Tale.
