Some women (like myself) suffer from knee/leg pain during periods, so I think being able to track that in the fitbit app would be helpful for me and other women.

I'd find it really helpful to track more in the menstrual app and to be able to choose what to log, in the same way we can with the exercise app. Eg To be able to use FitbitInspire2 (not the app on phone) to log bleed (light>heavy), pain location (head/knee/back/pelvis etc), pain level (light>severe). Many muscular skeletal conditions such as hyper-mobility and chronic pain are linked to menstrual cycle and would be helpful to understand this and see patterns
