Add more stats (not just cals) for interval workout

Your intervals features are very poor (there was a previous suggestion which you classified as existing feature which it is not!)
1. intervals require a warm up first - this is not possible to programme atm
2. intervals currently only track CALS - this is literally the most pointless measure. Please offer heart rate, pace or anything not cals

I don't understand why there are so little options for interval training.
I use Runkeeper for my interval trainings because fitbit just isn't good enough.
Kind of silly that I need to bring my iPhone while I have a tracker around my arm.
Come on!
Warming-up, cooling-down and the option to change distance and time. The possibility to configure each interval separately.

This option has been requested a lot from what I could find. 3 years ago already (https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Set-Warm-up-and-Cool-Down-Time-for-Interval-Trai...).

Warm up and cool down is part of any workout. Can you please give the option to set different times for different intervals. That's it.

At the moment one has to not track warm up and cool down or switch between apps. Not handy.

The possibility to configure each interval separately would actually be sufficient.

Agreed. I think three things could be improved:

1. Set different interval times for different intervals or add a warmup: Interval training starts immediately with high impact interval, I need a warmup beforehand. Currently, I need to start "running" and then end that training and start an interval training. This could be avoided if I could set different times for different intervals.

2. Add metrics for different intervals in the app: The app shows only burnt calories per interval, which is of little interest to athletes. Please add heart rate, and/or pace.

3. Stronger vibrations or sound between intervals: I sometimes miss the vibration between the intervals and need to start looking at the watch while I try to sprint. Please add an option for stronger/longer vibrations or even sound.

Agree. As an older person (70) who is trying to stay fit, warm up and cool down is essential. My work-out is very broken up and I try to track this on my own, but I should be able to do it with the app. thank you.

People have been asking for this for 4 years. Add the feature already. Or stop the suggestion page if you do not care for customers feedback or improving your own devices.
