Simple play/pause & back/forward controls. This would work with whatever is currently playing on your pphone (ie it wouldn't be specific to Spotify/YouTube Music etc).

This seems to me to be a fairly simple and straightforward app that the engineers should easily be able to accommodate even though it does have a smaller screen than the other devices. Please make this happen for Spotify.
I would love this! I want to be able to control my music with my watch! I was disappointed to see that the Charge 4 has it but not the Luxe! Please make it happen!
When I am working I have to take out my earbuds every time I need to talk with someone cause there is no fast way to pause.
when I’m working out I would love to skip through the next song without grabbing my phone. Just basic skip forward and play/pause would be great.
I won’t buy the bigger Fitbits because they are too bulky. So hopefully they add this.
I wish someone would make a slim Fitbit with programmable hard buttons on the side. Just basic controls so you can quickly control it. Touch screen everything isn’t always the best.
I would like to have a media control feature for all the media like youtube, spotify (general) with pause and resume controls. I know that spotify can be controlled via watch with a premium subscription, but it would be nice to have this feature like all other smart watches which are relatively of lower cost have.

I am floored that Fitbit removed the ability to control music. It is such a basic function that so many people use. I teach group exercise and I rely on this function to do my job better. I also run and I don't want to stumble pulling my phone out every time I want to change a song. Sooooo annoyed right now. I thought I was upgrading from my versa 2 to a Sense 2, instead it was a huge downgrade.
I have a brand new Fitbit charge 6 which is almost perfect...but it's really annoying that I cannot pause/play (that would be enough). I know that you can do it with YT Music, but I listed for podcast or webradio 😞
