Add “number of minutes exercising per day/week” to exercise goals

Adding number of minutes spent exercising per day or week (currently you can just select number of days per week where you exercise at least once as a goal) would allow users to automatically see if their levels of physical activity are in line with World Health Organisation guidelines for physical activity.
