Add stroke-linecap rounded attribute to arc SVG element

The line SVG element has stroke-linecap: rounded attribute, but the arc SVG element does not. Please add stroke-linecap: rounded attribute to arc SVG elements.
This is needed because:
I cannot easily draw an arc with rounded endcaps and box endcaps are ugly.
I'd use this: Daily

This is the effect I would like to easily create with the <arc> element.

@JonFitbit any news on if/when this would be coming? Trying to gauge if I should write the workaround code and maintain it or wait for the enhancement.
