Add the ability to enter TWO decimal places when recording body temperature

I want to track basal body temperature, but I need the specificity of two decimals places. Currently, temperature tracking rounds up to the nearest whole number when I enter a decimal. This is not granular enough to track menstrual patterns. It’d be great if you could connect with menstrual tracking, but I’ll settle for having two decimals places.

Hi @Jredshaw - the Fitbit app temperature tracking is lacking the 2 decimal places for manual recording but if you export the data it's recorded with the 2 places.

This defect has been around for years and it would be such an easy fix to implement but nothing has been done.

I use Google sheets to record temperature with 2 decimals, it automatically records date and time, average and input error checking.

You can then do whatever other processing (manually or automatically) you want, better than the Fitbit app can provide, see my Blog, if you are interested for a template.

It is a good idea to follow your temperature range to detect when you might be ill and how serious it is.
