Add the option to log "Temperature" to 2 decimal places

The ability to log body temperature has been added to the app however it only records to a precision of 1 decimal place.
Most decent temperature devices provide the temperature to 2 decimal places.
Why not let the user record the actual temperature.
At least let the user see the value entered and more importantly allow deletion/correction.

This is needed because:
