Adjust unit size

Are there any plans to adjust the size of the actual Fitbit unit? I currently own a Charge HR 2, and have used Charge HR in the past. My husband has an Alta. All of these units are too long to fit comfortably on the top of my wrist. For reference, I am 5'7" and 142 lbs. I am decidedly not emaciated. My coworkers have also run into this problem as well.

Hi @vrtljulie, thanks for sharing this suggestion.

 

We're always striving to enhance Fitbit products and services, and we appreciate all of the input we receive from our customers. We do not currently have plans to change the units size as we recently increased the dimensions of Fitbit ‘Large’ size bands, which we’ve found meets the needs of most customers. As this sizes are to long to fit on your wrist, we recommend you to investigate Ace's bracelets, they are made for kids wrists so they might fit yours and fit the Alta you have. Also we understand that various companies have released third-party wristbands (but please be advised that any bands you find through online outlets, or otherwise, are not supported by Fitbit).

 

You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs. For now, we will leave this suggestion open for votes (and closed to comments) so that we can continue to track community demand over time.
