Allow FitBit app updates without phone updates!

My FitBit no longer syncs with my app. FitBit forces customers to update their phones in order to use the app, but Apple customers know updates on older phones can interfere with their overall function. Why can't the FitBit app offer updates without making us perform a risky phone update? Ridiculous.

@SunsetRunner  Android users have to update their phones, even if they don't want to. I just had an update and it only allowed me to postpone it for so many days until it would automatically update. Phones need to have updates to keep the systems running properly. That's one reason why Fitbit has to keep updating their app. I don't see there is anything much we can do about it.
