Allow Fitbit devices to call emergency services if irregular HR is detected

Why this missing functionality is crucial. It could save lives.
The watch will tell you if you are having an Heart Attack, as it detects irregular heartbeat.
But your phone is in the next room, & while this watch has the necessary hardware to enable you to call emergency services, "Hey Google, call 911" - the devs just don't want you to do that.

The developers do not seem to understand how crucial this functionality is.
If they just add on-wrist calling functionality and Google Assistant (Gemini), the watch could save lives.
Without this functionality, if someone gets a heart attack, they just die with this annoying thing vibrating on their wrist, wishing they had not bought a Google watch.

The point of having a "Smart Watch" is to have an extension to your phone.
To bridge the gap between your phone and your hand.

If someone wanted to have a simple fitness tracker then they could get one for around $15.
The Versa 4 smartwatch sells for up-to $180. It is a Google product, & Everyone who has one wants this functionality on it.
- Regardless of how many up-votes the suggestion gets on these message boards, it is safe to assume everyone wants these functions.

@LizzyFitbit
You just changed the title and now it does not reflect what feedback I am giving here.
You changed
Versa 4 on wrist calling and "Hey Google"
to
Allow Fitbit devices to call emergency services if irregular HR is detected

The watch should not just call emergency services if it decides to. Which is what your unwanted modified title implies.
The watch should be usable to make all & any calls the user wants to make.
The watch, since it is made by Google, should have Google Assistant (Gemini) and the user should be able to use "Hey Google, Call someone" to make those calls.

"If this product feedback receives votes from other customers and gains popularity, it will be shared internally with various teams at Fitbit."
That isn't good enough. As I have said, people buy this Google smartwatch expecting it to already have this functionality.

I purchased the device from this page:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0B6WR2NNZ
and as you can see, it clearly states that these functions are available to use:
Fitness Tracker, Sleep Monitor, Voice Assistant, Elevation Tracker, Voice Control, Email, GPS, Voice Record, Time Display, Phone, Video Record, Messages, Social Media, Heart Rate Monitor, Pedometer, Blood Pressure Monitor, Alarm, Multisport Tracker, Camera, Reminders, Weather, Contacts, Photo Gallery, Calendar, Find My Phone, Music Player.

Regardless of how many up-votes this topic gets here, these functions are wanted by everyone who is buying this watch.
Therefore, this feedback should be shared with the developers and adding these functions should be their top priority.

Otherwise they may as well just release the SDK and let the community add these functions and third party apps.

@LizzyFitbit Do you not understand?
Medical emergencies are the argument for why on wrist calls and Google Assistant (Gemini) should be added to the Versa 4 watch.

This topic is not general feedback relating to medical issues for the fitbit app.
This topic is feedback for the Versa 4 smartwatch.

Please change the title back to how it was and put this feedback into the correct category, and forward it to the developers for consideration.
