Allow Fitbit to write water data to Health Connect

There is water option to collect water intake metrics. But there is no option to write that information to Health Connect. Seems like typical Google chaos: randomly implementing half-done features without thinking properly.

This is needed because:
The idea of Health Connect being a place to gather Health metrics is defeated by Google not even properly implementing the feature on their own APIs and Apps. Other users confirmed the lack of functionality in https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/FitBit-unable-to-write-Water-data-to-Health-C

I definitely want to see this added as well.
