Allow Pixel Watch 2 to use an eSIM not tied to my phone plan

Currently, the only way to use the mobile data you're already paying for on a Pixel Watch 2 is to pay an additional (and sometimes very expensive fee) to your phone's mobile provider.

Many eSIM vendors can provide a much better deal but there's no way to load any eSIMs onto a Pixel Watch 2 but one from the same provider as your phone.
