Allow User to Select Default Minutes for Heart Rate

By setting the default minimum at 10 minutes and tracking heartbeat monitor after 3 minutes, I think you are leaving out the newest segment of our Fitbit Fam, seniors, who now count as the healthiest seniors in history as a group and the fastest growing healthy converts. If you could substantially reduce the default minimum settings for activity or, better yet, allow the user to select his or her own default settings then those of us who are not track stars can properly monitor a 3-minute jog or a 2 minute cardio spike etc. Thank you for your consideration.
