Allow for Charge 3 to Send Quick Replies to Texts

I wanted to upgrade to the Charge 3 so that I could have an updated tracker that looked less like a standard smartwatch. I previously used the Force full time.

The Charge 3 is advertised as having this feature in the "compare products" section of the Fitbit website. This is very misleading and I am extremely disappointed to find out that this feature is not yet on the Charge 3.

When you go to view the products on Fitbit.com and compare the Charge 3 to other Fitbits, it should NOT have a check by the feature Quick Replies when this feature is NOT available on the Fitbit Charge 3 yet. Very misleading and very disappointed.

I just spoke with Customer Service and this feature should be rolled out soon.. "maybe at the end of this month".

If Quick Replies are going to be implimented, (it seems like it's more When than If) can one option be User Customizable ?

I am also very disappointed by this as well. Since this is a feature that I find important my question is if does not become available during the return period is it worth keeping. What guarantee do we have? It definitely should not be offered as a feature.

I also would like this feature to be available to those with Apple products as right now it is only available to those with androids.

If Fitbit charge 2 comes with quick reply. U can have options to reply related to your message. They can have an option to update tracker so everyone with charge 2 can have quick reply same with charge 3

It's a real shame this isn't available yet. Although I have a feeling it's more to do with apple's protection of apple watch than fitbit. So stupid.

I'd really like to see this implemented soon, that way I can truly test out the battery on the Charge 3. This is one of the main reasons why I bought the Charge 3.

Quick replies were one of the main reasons I bought the charge 3 so very disappointed to find its not available yet. It should be made clear on advertising sites thays it's 'coming soon' but not actually ready yet. Also I am hoping there will be an option within the app to customise your own quick replies.

I just had the new update through and quick replies are included - yay 😁 they're customisable too. I have an android phone and it works very well. I can even return a phone call from my charge 3 (although you do need to talk over your phone)
