Be allowed to have both a Fitbit Versa and a Fitbit Ionic on the same account so you can easily switch between them.

Be able to put more than one watch in the same account for tending. A more robust one for when doing exercising sports and dress down. Another to wear with a suit or dress for higher class occasions.

Pleased to see lots of comments on the most relevant to me topic! I do hope Fitbit will listen and fix the issue. I have brand new Sense and Luxe, love both, but want to wear a smaller Luxe on daily basis and wear Sense during fitness activities and for sleep. So far have been using Luxe only and Sense has been collecting dust.

I’ve got the luxe and the versa 2 with the same intention of wearing mine....my versa is also gathering dust!

A feature allowing recharging one fitbit while wearing a similar Fitbit is definitely needed.   The Charge 5 battery indication is very small (for tired old eyes) so I can easily see complete discharge.  So being able to switch to another would be great.

This has been requested for years with a only an “under consideration” response from Fitbit. It’s likely to be a lot longer if it’s ever addressed.

This was in 2018 how long does this take?

You do reaslise how lame you people are looking taking so long over something so simple.

Your software is OK why wouldn't you want to do something to smash the likes of apple and Samsung ...garmin out the arena?.

Here's a hint ..hire more coders.

Fitbit, you’re blowing it.  You’re losing customers.

At one time, I had two Fitbits on my account. When I purchased my new Charge 5, I discovered that is no longer possible. This is quite disappointing.

I tried wearing one, disconnecting, then switching to the other and reconnecting. That requires a reset of my settings and data, and loss of data. Highly inconvenient, as well.

I had intended to wear one while doing tasks that could potentially damage it, such as chopping wood and running a chain saw. The other nicer one would be used for less potentially damaging tasks. I'm not sure how to manage that now.

Please make it possible to have 2 or 3 devices on each account.

Excellent points! And as someone pointed out in the past I was able to have
a few Fitbit trackers connected at the same time. I still love Fitbit,
tried Garmin and didn't be enjoy it. So please, Fitbit team, you can do a
simple task like this! You will only gain more loyal customers and profit
as lots of people want to have 2 trackers.

Yes @iaromano , I've been following this thread for years, and despite many request there's been no movement on addressing the issue.  Like you, I continue to love Fitbit, and would really love to get some of the newer trackers/smart devices they continue to develop, but not if I have to disconnect and reconnect every time I want to change trackers.  One thing you might try - the Fitbit Blaze (no longer available through Fitbit, but you can get on Amazon, eBay, Craig's list etc) is a great device and can be added to a single account no matter what else you have connected.  I use it interchangeably with my Versa 1, no problem.  So while it's not the solution you and the rest of the folks hope for, it's a workable way to have more than one device on your account.  PS, I also have a Charge 2 and Alta HR on the same account, and they all sync and work great together.  Hope this helps.

I returned my Luxe because I wasn’t able to add it along with my inspire 2 .. I guess this is Fitbit’s loss and maybe if enough people return the tracker they can’t add or not buy a new one, they will make more of an effort to allow multiple trackers. Very frustrating

I would like to be able to at least connect two devices at once. I like to wear one at work and one when I'm outside but it's hard to switch between the two

I had both a Charge 3 and Versa connected to the app for years. When I went to add my new Charge 5 I found out this feature had been removed and I had to remove the other 2 devices. I'm not clear on why this feature was removed from the app and what is preventing from being restored. I find having to re-add my Versa to the app each time I want to use it very annoying.

I just received my Charge 5 and went to set up, but received the notice that I had to remove the Inspire from my account.   I wear my Inspire attached via the clip quite often when I wear my wristwatch, which I am not going to quit wearing.   I have had a charge 2 and Inspire connected to the same account for quite some time.    This is very irritating.   I see this has been under consideration for a long time (actually years) and it needs to be fixed.     I am considering returning my new Charge 5 regardless of features.

I recommend returning it. This issue will not be addressed by Fitbit and
one device or the other will be collecting dust.

That's what I did. There was a slight resistance but after pointing out
that they do not inform customers that multi device is not supported then
they took it back with full refund. It really is too bad because I had
planned on having at least 3 devices. Plus the scale.

returned my fitbit.  this functionality existed for earlier models but has been lost in the shuffle.  too bad.

Why on earth would you remove a feature that is that necessary. I'll be returning my newly purchased device. I intended on using both. Great job losing sales Fitbit.

I completely agree.  This is a real showstopper. Between myself and gifts for family and friends I have bought more then a dozen fitbits.  I will never buy another fitbit as long as this is not fixed.  In addition, I am advising all that will listen on public media and in person not to buy fitbit while you cannot have more then one on an account.  This is beyond stupid

I would like to be able to connect both a wrist worn trackers (eg Charge3-4-5) and a clip worn trackers (eg Inspire2) to the same account, in order to be able to wear different devices at different times, but maintain a consolidated dashboard of my activity. Customer support suggested that I set up two accounts. This defeats the point.

Hi @2trackers, thanks for sharing this suggestion about being able to connect multiple Fitbit devices in the same Fitbit account with us. Because this idea was already requested in the Feature Suggestions board, I’ve moved your post here. This will help us to make sure the suggestions don't get confused, or split a popular vote. To all the moderators - why do you hide all these posts?   They have been a serious concern for many FitBit users for years. If FitBit isn’t going to move forward with this, please tell us.  If it is still “under consideration” please get us a timeline.   If you cannot answer that for us, please let us know who to contact to get that info.   You responses almost sound like you are bots, not real people.   So someone please give us a real answer.  Thanks.

I'm in the same boat.  Dinged my Charge 4 up pretty good on a climbing wall yesterday, no big deal I'd been looking at the 5 anyways.  But I would still like to use the 4 for the more "risky" activities rather than mess up a brand new device.

If it's going to be a pain in my butt to switch every time I'll just run the 4 into the ground and then decide if I want to stick with Fitbit or not when it dies.

And I've had Fitbits since the little Zip in 2013, would be sad to go, but jeeze is it frustrating to look at a thread like this where requests are ignored so blatantly.  Especially a feature that previously existed!
