This is hilarious. I posted this nearly a decade ago. No change on their part. Big change on mine. I have long since moved on from FitBit. After the band failed AGAIN on my 4TH ONE I found better activity trackers. I can’t be the only one who had this problem. Anyway. Good luck to all who are still waiting for this to be resolved. It ain’t comin.
How is this still not possible to do? Garmin does it very easy. Would be great to be able to use the versa during the day and then just switch to something like the charge 4 or inspire hr at night. It having to add and remove trackers each time. I don’t get it...
Hi @Gotmyweim, thanks for explaining why you would like to have the option to see more than one Fitbit device on the same Fitbit account. I've moved it into a similar suggestion which has been updated as "Under Consideration". You can learn more about it here. I hope to see you around.
100% agree. I would love to have multiple fit bits to wear for different occasions. I own a Versa 2 and wanted to have the new Charge 4 for my more intense workouts as well as for the GPS. After I received it and went through the set up process, I realized it removed my versa 2 and that I could only have one FitBit on my account at a time. Needless to say I returned the Charge 4. Poor business model to have an app that only allows a customer to have 1 tracker. I'd like to have 2 to 4 more but looks like that isn't in the cards until they fix this issue with the app. You would think it wouldn't be that difficult to allow multiple watches on the account and the user would select which one he or she is wearing that day for the phone to then sync bluetooth to.
I would like the option to have multiple watches on 1 account with the ability to select which one I am wearing at any given time through the phone app and the phone app will then sync the bluetooth to the selected watch.
@Timetomove7 I've been using both the Ionic and Charge 4, I switch between them about 3 times a week. I've posted on here also about being able to have multiple watches on the same account without having to switch them out. It takes me about 3-5 minutes to switch them each time I do.
I own an inspire hr and an ionic. I really like each one and use them both for different purposes. But I can only have one of these devices connected to my profile at once. So if I'm wearing my inspire hr and I want to go for a run using my ionic I have to reregister the ionic, deactivating the inspire hr. I am doing this multiple times a week.

I'm a nurse. No watch at work but the little flex2 insiste my sock. But when I run, I like my Versa. You don't sell the flex anymore. If mine breaks, what to replace ?ThanksKarine
So irritated about this! I got the versa 2 but want to use a tracker with GPS for runs because the versa connected gps is super inaccurate where I live. Don’t have the time to switch devices all the time. Why is this feature available only for some trackers?
I currently have an Ionic and Charge 2 connected to my account. For reasons beyond this post I also wanted to connect a Versa 2 that I received as a gift. I only found out when I tried to connected the Versa 2 that I could not have both a Versa 2 and Ionic. I agree with the hundreds of other customers that it is ludicrous to only allow one smart watch per account.
I’ve given up on this ever changing. I just bought the charge 2 (New on eBay)- even though it is an older model and don’t care if it’s not a “smart watch”, I’ll have the versa for that platform and will be able to add this to my Alta hr and versa...I’ll hold on to my charge 3 in the event this changes.. got tired of constantly having to remove one to add the other..
