When having a nap in the afternoon/late evening should be included in that nights sleep session so track each day from 12pm to 12pm instead of 12am to 12am.
@bradleecopper Sleep is not tracked by either of those 24 hour time ranges. It is always credited to the day you wake up. So an afternoon nap would be credited to what is usually thought of as the previous night's sleep. I'm not saying that is necessarily the best way, but just trying to help you understand how fitbit tracks it. Also, it has to be at least one hour to be auto-detected by fitbit, and 3 hrs to get sleep stages.
