Allow us to enable Exercise Focus w/o turning on DND on Charge 6

On the Charge 6, and I think this was the same on the 5, you cannot enable "Exercise Focus" to turn off notifications during exercise unless you enable Do Not Disturb. The Exercise Focus setting should not require DND to be enabled, since it should be conditional on using the Exercise app on the device.
