Allow us to move or delete Cardio Load prompt

There is a new Activity called Cardio Load on my home page and I cannot move or delete it. I don't care about it. I want to see my Steps on the top of the list and now I can't see them because of this new Activity and the size of my iPhone mini. This is ridiculous.

I agree with everyone else commenting. The popup is intrusive. Most of the time it won't delete when I click the X. On the occasions it does go away it reappears moments later. It would be ok if it appeared in the morning and let us delete if for the rest of the day. This is obviously a bug. Fitbit should admit it and let us know they are trying to fix it

Fixing this shouldn't need votes - it should be an optional part of my app screen just like everything else!

I am a disabled senior citizen and I couldn't run if my life depended on it. This cardio load depletes my battery life twice as quick. I could care less about cardio load. If Google or Fitbit actually cared about  their users they would allow you to disable this function. Fitbit has gone so downhill since Google took it over.

It’s not just about the tile. It’s the message that pops up every time you
go into the app, regardless if the cardio load tile is an active feature or
not. I don’t have Cardio Load as an active feature and I’m still getting
the shaming cardio load message pop up.

This feedback should be provided immediately so it is fixed, not only
provided if it receives enough votes. People have been quite clear they do
not appreciate the shaming messages popping up all the time. That’s not
what I want or use the app for.

If this isn’t fixed I’ll use something else going forward.

I do not want the cardio load tile or the message that I am under training. I’m 68.  I walk 5-7 miles a day.  Wtf are you telling me I am under training?  I’m ready to chuck this device. Is insulting your customers smart?

just concentrate on getting the exercise calories over to mfp which you can’t seem to do before you add a useless annoying feature that, in your haste to get it out the door, you failed to add a method to disable. I already have zone points if I want to look at how I’m stressing my heart

I agree please remove the "Ready to hit your target" notification. It should be an option to hide it like all the rest of the information. It's annoying to see it top priority on the page.  Thank you for listening !

Agree about this being super annoying. Happening for quite a while now. Searching for a different tracker today, since clearly fitbit doesn't have a great feature team and is bogged down by process to correct it when a new feature is introduced badly.

I really, really don’t want robot advice from my Fitbit. I run when I feel like it and I rest when I feel like it. The cardio load nag is patronizing and makes me irritable every morning. What were you guys thinking making the message mandatory??

How many upset users or votes will it take Google/Fitbit to fix the totally offensive cardio load? Do they really listen to their users? I think there should be a vote on if Google/Fitbit actually listens to their customers. I'll cast the first vote NOPE!!!!

Please add my “vote” for an option to Turn Off the new “Hit your target” message.

Obviously, an intrusive, possibly offensive message that blocks the user’s view of their Today screen data should be optional — just like computer pop-ups that allow users to choose, “Don’t show this again.”

If FitBit (Google) is making UXUI design decisions based on user “Votes,” then how about asking for those votes on the app, instead of coyly waiting to see how many show up on the community forum to complain?

Yes, I add my vote to remove this annoying pop up reminder every time you open the app. It should not pop up if we choose to remove the option from the app. Please Fitbit rectify this glitch.

I can remove the Cardio Load tile, but I still receive the pop-up message every time I open the app.

Please fix this so If I remove the Cardio Load tile, the pop-up message is removed along with it.

Hard agree. Like everyone else is saying, it's not just the tile - which I have disabled - but the incessant and rude little pop up box shaming me for not working out enough. Even if I close it with the X it just comes back later. It's incredible demotivating and demoralising to be told I'm not working hard enough when I've personally just achieved a huge milestone in my fitness journey and my body aches from exercising. This should be optional, not forced upon us. Not everyone is here training for a marathon, some of us are just trying to live a bit more healthily.

Absolutely hate the popup nagging. I should be able to disable it. The malfunctioning close “x” shows how half baked the implementation is anyway.

Adding my vote to give users the option to remove this message. Most of the time the X doesn't work to dismiss the message! Super irritating.

I can’t express how offensive the phrasing is of these cardio load messages. I am the only one that could possibly have any idea of what “track” I want to be on, so please keep your condescending messages about “getting back on track” to yourself. This is the equivalent of a stranger saying “should you really be eating that?” GET RID OF THIS.

I’ve never commented before but feel strongly about this - the forcing of this feature is awful on so many levels. I don’t need the negativity the prompt box offers, and it’s not even anywhere near accurate - it told me I was “at risk of under training” the day after I literally hiked up and down an alpine mountain in an afternoon. Removing an inaccurate and shaming message every morning isn’t the healthy start that I want to my day. If this isn’t removed soon I will absolutely be using this opportunity to move to Garmin.

Seriously, who thought, "What Fitbit users need is something new to be nagged about?" Do not give this person a raise! And to introduce this feature over the holidays when people's routines are disturbed and we don't have as much time to exercise is just [chef's kiss]. Just get rid of this stupid thing and we'll never speak of it again.

I can't remember the exact quote, but Angela from the TV show Bones once said something along the lines of "who wants to get yelled at by a watch?" And that's how I'm feeling about cardio load. I thought initially it might be some light guidance on improving my cardio health, but I'm not trying to run a marathon here. I don't find it helpful so I want to be able to turn it off. So consider this a +1 to telling the development team that users don't like it.

Another vote to remove this popup! It is annoying and frustrating to have to x out of it every single day.

Completely agree with the comments here. I did not ask for this "feature" and find it very shaming. I do not want it and would like to permanently dismiss the message. I don't understand why it wasn't dismissed after I disabled cardio load on the app screen.

I had  a few huge days around the time this message first  popped up and now the app basically tells me I'm lazy if I don't meet that "target" every day. It's not a target I set for myself. It's not what I want from Fitbit at all

Please accept my vote to REMOVE the pop up asking if I'm ready to hit my target!  Why give us a way to customize our page and then put something on there that we can't move or remove?!? 😡

This new feature is a nightmare for someone like me who is recovering from an eating disorder. I can't believe they won't let us opt out of it.

Agree with others.  We should be able to turn off those target reminders and notifications like everything else.

I don't mind the tile, just don't need the reminders.  If I want to see where I'm at against my target, I'll click into the tile.

I agree with all comments on the cardio load.  I walk daily and work out up to four times per week.  I would love to not have cardio load advising of my under training.  I am not a competitive athlete, but a person who wants to track sleep and steps.

I also agree that new functionality should always have the ability to be set by the user if they choose, not forced by Google/Fitbit.
