Allow us to move or delete Cardio Load prompt

There is a new Activity called Cardio Load on my home page and I cannot move or delete it. I don't care about it. I want to see my Steps on the top of the list and now I can't see them because of this new Activity and the size of my iPhone mini. This is ridiculous.

Hi @Amyfatbit. Thanks for sharing your product feedback about being able to move the Cardio Load prompt on the Fitbit app with us! We've merged this idea with a similar one to consolidate feedback. You can find it here. Please show your support by voting on the existing thread. To learn more about how Fitbit decides what product feedback is developed, visit our FAQs.

How is there still not an option to turn this horrible message off? Is Google deliberately trying to run Fitbit into the ground?

Like everyone else on this thread I passionately hate this feature. If they don't fix it (and considering it's been over a year and nothing has happened) I'll switch to an Apple Watch. I'm not sure which is more annoying:the messages or the fact the Fitbit doesn't listen to it's customers.

Just adding my voice to this long stream of voices asking for the cardio load notifications to be able to be turned off. I have removed the cardio load feature from my home screen and do not want to see any notifications about it. Like others, it I feel stress when I see that I'm just "maintaining" and am being told to do more. It's not great for wellness to regularly be told I'm not doing enough to "improve" and should always be linearly aiming to level up my game (which is also not healthy). Cycles of rest and variety are needed.

I have a Fitbit Charge 6, which is a tracker. It's supposedly up to me how
I set my goals - and I can see whether or not I've met the target or not -
end of story. So why is that a feature that I have not activated, and for
which I have not set a target, which by Google's own terms means it should
not be active, is constantly giving me advice that's not compatible with my
lifestyle? As far as I can tell, there are only three solutions if Google
won't recognize that their "star feature" is not appreciated by everyone:
ignore the **ahem**ed messages, change to another manufacturer, or, possibly,
drop my premium subscription. As far as I can tell we're actually paying to
get these messages, along with a lot of other premium features most of
which I don't use - so maybe it's time to save some money.

Unfortunately this worthless feature comes mandatory to all - subscription
or not…

@LizzyFitbit can we get an update on this please? Surely would not take a year for someone to write an on/ off code?

I’m now two weeks post op, just resumed light walking again (no crossfit for me as yet), and I’m now “at risk of overtraining and should take some rest” lol

@Darch6827 I have been at risk of overdoing it and under training just today!

Ok I don't want to jinx it, but has anyone else's cardio load pop up... Gone in recent days?

Esso1962

It did with me, for a few days (a month or so ago), but to my horror it
came back....

No mine still pops up, it did dissappear for a couple of days but then came
back.

Well I don't know if this is the end of the cardio load issue, but normally when I excercise it shows my cardio load on the stats.Today nothing (see photos ) Fingers crossed 🤞

My cardio load is still showing on exercises. It's also showing under activity, and prompting me to set a goal for it. No, I don't want to set a goal...it's already an inaccurate stat for people that fall outside the "norm". Heart issues (even if they're benign) can severely alter this...I am constantly at risk of overdoing it, according to this.

I ran a half marathon yesterday. I wore my Fitbit throughout. This morning, I received a notification that I’ve been “under training” lately. This feature does NOT work. I don’t understand what’s taking so long to get it the **ahem** off our devices.

Can confirm mine is back 😔

Mine hasn't gone away, although it did a few months back. But it's there,
more ridiculous than ever, and as much as I try to ignore it, it bothers
me. Came back from a training ride on my racing bike feeling reasonably
good about it, and the "undertraining" message on my fitbit is
demoralizing. I have a Garmin 840, far more accurate than Fitbit for
cycling, and I don't use the Garmin coach because I don't have time to
maintain a serious training schedule given the other parts of my life,
trivial things, like earning my living and running a household. Garmin
doesn't nag me to turn on the coaching function! It's there if I want it,
and if not, it just gives me the data - like Fitbit used to. Fitbit has
some features that Garmin doesn't have, but they're seeming less and less
important these days ... So sad to see a product that I used to love be
destroyed by inept marketing managers, because this just can't be a
technical issue.

I've started deleting the cardio load data every few days to avoid the message. It's annoying but not as annoying as the awful message.

It is awful to see this when you are recovering from surgery and are following medical advice that your usual activities could prejudice healing. So upsetting

I am a 10 year Fitbit user— and am shopping new devices bc of this feature and the inability to turn it off.  I’ve had it… it is beyond absurd that we cannot turn off this warning/notification.
