Many of my Premium features are not working correctly at present due to issues with Sleep Data and Heart Rate data reporting in the new App. The incorrect results are impacting associated focus areas within the Today tab. Whereas I can now see from others feedback that this is not a unique issue it should be recognised that a payment has been made.
Pausing or waiving payments at this time would be fair to anyone, in the same situation, who are subscribing to Premium and who are not currently receiving all of the promised features and benefits that they are currently paying for. If payments can’t be waived or paused then perhaps a free extension of time or future discount could be offered.
