Allow users to tell APP when they're going to sleep and when they wake up

I've had my Charge 3 for a week and only once has it actually tracked my sleep time properly. The other 6 times it shows me getting up in the middle of the night and then no data after that. It's telling me I'm sleeping 3-4 hours when, in fact, I'm sleeping 7-8.

What if I could tell the APP I'm going to sleep and then tell it when I wake up?

Hi @OtisMcCool thank you for adding your suggestion. There is already an option on the Fitbit app to start your sleep. You will find it on the "Sleep tile" > tap on the + sign > and tap on "Begin Sleep Now ".  Please keep in mind that by doing so you will see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages.

If you're having issues tracking you sleep automatically, please post your question on the Product Help Forums.
