Hi @Snavenitsua, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about providing an app for Amazon prime music. This feature suggestion already exists so I’ve moved your post here as it is not currently planned.
When I purchased my first Fitbit product (The Ionic) my only real complaint was the lack of apps available on the device. I use Amazon Music to listen to music on my phone, and I'm able to download files to listen to offline later. The Ionic has the ability to hold mp3 files that you can listen to while running so it seems like the Amazon Music App on a fitbit could give you this ability, but the app isn't available. 😞

Include Amazon music as an app on versa 3. It already has the capacity for music files as it works with Spotify and deezer, and already connects to Amazon Alexa, so doesn't make any sense that you can't link Amazon Music.

Please allow Versa2 users to download music from Amazon Music to our offline music on the Versa 2. Only Deezer and Pandora are available. we do not want to pay for multiple music streaming services. If Alexa(an amazon device) is compatible, why isn't Amazon Music?

There is a desperate need to widen the music opportunities. The attraction of Charge 4 is the GPS which means phone free, but you can't do this with the current singular option of Spotify.

If I want to stream, listen or store music on my sense, I have to subscribe to Deezer at a hefty £9.99 a month. You have Pandora on there but that's not available in UK. I feel a simple software update to allow users to stream from places such as Amazon prime where I already pay a subscription would be a great update.

I am shocked that the ability to store and play drm free mp3 files on the Versa3 was removed. Please consider at least the possibility to use offline music files also from Amazon Music. I (like many others) subscribed to this service and am unwilling to subscribe to another one.
