Animated creature clock face with feed tracker based on steps

Here is a concept i made: Interactive watch/clock face(Only works for animated clock face)
How it works: Every 500 steps you get a "food" which you can feed the animated thing. Each animated clock face has a "hunger bar" which when you feed changes the expression of the clock face.

This feature can be turned on/off in settings and can be disabled by parents. Double tap the character to feed it. Before feeding the character, there will be a yes or no option asking if you want to feed the character. If you don't have the 500 steps item(carrot/fish/rocket fuel/bolt) it will fail.
