It's so disappointing that this matter has been discussed for over 6 months and still no actions taken. Still "under consideration/ discussion" fitbit is just loosing more customers/ users to other competitors. Arabic speakers are about 420 millions. You do the math.

Hi @Azhar, thanks for taking the time to share this idea with us. This feature suggestion already exists so I’ve moved your post here.

For now it is not currently planned but the idea stills open for votes.

Hi,

There is a significant number of Arabic users for all kind of fitbit smart watches here in the Middle East. We'd like to be able to use our watches properly and that includes support of Arabic language and texts. Right now all we get from the notifications are question marks which led to eventually turning the notifications off and use the basic functions of the watch.

We know that you value your customers needs and requests so we'd very much appreciate your effort to resolve this issue.

Kind regards.

Please add Arabic support. Was very disappointed when I found that Arabic language support was not included in Fitbit OS.  If you are not planning to do this can you please make that clear so people know before they spend their money and look for other product.

Hi I have a problem with drinking my daily amount of water. I wish there was someway to be reminded to drink water just like the reminder we can set that tell us we need to get up and move. This feature would be so helpful in helping me to drink more water. Water is just as important for the body as it is for us to be active. Please look into adding this feature in the near future.  I really love my Fitbit and it has really help to motivate me to be more active. Thanks

This feature shall be considered for all fitbit brands

I disappointed when found a big company like fitbit didn't support one of the common language (Arabic) in the notifications

The Arabic notifications is unreadable it shows question mark only and it’s really annoying, you need to pick up the phone to read the notification

I can't understand why Arabic language is not available from the beginning? Why do we have to ask for it?

I'm really thinking to shift from Fitbit to Samsung watch.

Yes that's very basic feature to include in future updates as soon as possible like any other platform such as iOS and android devices and smart watches.

Hope fitbit listens to these demands and do something about it otherwise will loose a wide spectrum of users

I agree but the problem people don’t know that Arabic font is not supported until after they buy it and start using it because this normal these days and expected to be available as a basic feature.  I personally think we should be able to return it. All other competitors do provide this support.
