270+ votes for a feature request from 2018 and we still don't have this simple feature?

You understand that the whole middle east can't see text notifications properly, right?

Hi @fmn23. Thank you for sharing your Feature Suggestion with the Fitbit Community. We aren't sure what you mean by language is not supported and we'd like to understand this idea better. Please reply with the languages that you'd like us to support for your phone notifications. We look forward to your response.

Thank you for your reply.

When I receive messages from my mobile phone in Arabic through applications such as what's up, Viber, or SMS, I cannot read them because they are encrypted and incomprehensible. As for the English language, it arrives as it is clear. This means that the Arabic language is not supported by fitbit.

While many other smartwatches support the Arabic language, which is of course cheaper than fitbit.

My last smartwatch was honor band 5 new in the box cost me just £20 in this smartwatch I can read all Arabic SMS notifications also Arabic messages from all apps Such as Facebook messenger, WhatsApp, Viber etc.

Why big company like fitbit owned by Google doesn't support Arabic notifications?!!!

Don't bother, they don't care. This issue has been going on for years now.

There is a partial implementation on Sense which I’m using fir more than a year now. Notifications are correctly shown but no other application can use Persian language.
which is quite embarrassing for the development team that created the SDK!

Dear fitbit,

You really need to listen to your customers on this simple language support. Can I ask for refund if this is not supported?

Honestly, 5 years is too long for a service to be under consideration particularly with lots of requests/votes for this feature. You can easily do this if you would want to.

Arabic language is very important for fitbit 4 users. You don’t need votes as much as you need to understand that it’s number 5 language in the world and your customers cover a large portion of your customers
