I recently had a high anxiety weekend with zero exercise. My anxiety gave me a cardio load of over 250. Just because it reads what your heart is doing, not what you're doing. Maybe when a situation like that comes up, Fitbit can ask, "Was this an exercise?" Or something along those lines.

Fitbit read that cardio load and upped my goal. It was 0-96 now it's 0-209 because it thinks I can do that. I have it set to improve but if it thinks I can do that it will suggest it and when I can't it thinks I'm not pushing.
