Ask for events for high Cardio Load without exercise

I recently had a high anxiety weekend with zero exercise. My anxiety gave me a cardio load of over 250. Just because it reads what your heart is doing, not what you're doing. Maybe when a situation like that comes up, Fitbit can ask, "Was this an exercise?" Or something along those lines.
