Biofeedback on Relax app (analyzing breathing rate and blood oxygen)

The Relax App should begin by analyzing your current breathing rate and starting you off there, gradually slowing down using the on screen animation. Would be interesting if it also told you your blood oxygen levels at the start and end. Biofeedback is a trend in stress management that Fitbit should be at the forefront of.

I agree. The breath rate in Relax is way too fast to be relaxing. Need to at least be able to adjust it, since it doesn’t seem to accurately sense your breath rate. It should also slow down gradually throughout the time of a session.

Could the relax app please also use color indicator to show if the breathing rate is fine?

It writes "keep calm to keep the circle purple", but no matter how I am breathing, the color (indicating breath rate or heart frequency variability) does not change, it stays purple.

This biofeedback indication would add real value to the relax app
