Bring back Active Zone Minutes recommendations to Readiness Score tile

With the new update to the readiness score, the zone minutes recommendation was removed. It was useful to have that recommendation for motivation to pursue further workout.

@LizzyFitbit I would recommend perhaps changing "AZM" back to "Active Zone Minutes" because when people do searches about Active Zone Minute issues, they will likely not search on "AZM". In fact, I had no idea what AZM was until I checked the post.

I underscore the benefit of bringing back the active zone minute recommendation to the readiness score.  It is an extremely important indicator that is helpful in assessing and motivating me so I can optimally manage each day.   I hope we can get the community numbers needed to re-instate this indicator.

I used the Active Zone Minute recommendation daily as a way to help monitor my body's readiness for more or less load and to help plan my workout for the day. I would really like to see this brought back and don't understand why it went away in the first place.

Why would fitbit REMOVE a feature? The daily readiness score used to include a number/range of recommended active zone minutes for the day too.

Please bring back the Active zone minutes recommendations! Very useful feature to gauge physical exercise that I use everyday. I cannot think of why it was removed after the most recent update...

I used to use this feature daily and would argue it was one of the best features in fitbit. Your personal guide for recommended activity based on your previous combined performance accross sleep, heart and excerice.

Why on earth did you remove this???

@LizzyFitbit I’m sorry to say that since the readiness recommendations have been removed, I have learned to not bother looking at the readiness score. It has become a waste of space on the app. Too bad that it could not be fixed.

From what I just read on Fitbit Help, my guess is that they are not going to return the recommendations. @LizzyFitbit Am I correct?

Here is what the Fitbit help says:

We’ve updated your daily readiness score to be a better reflection of your recovery and how your body is responding to everything you do. It’s tailored to give you a more precise picture of how ready you are each day, with an updated algorithm based on your heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate (RHR), and sleep. This means that we’ve removed the “activity” component of the score and replaced it with “resting heart rate.” As a result, your score is not based on what you did yesterday, but how your body responds to it. This means that even after several days of light activity, your daily readiness might be low–for example, if your RHR is elevated, or your HRV is lower than usual–indicating your body is working harder to recover.

New zone minute feature is garbage.

Suggested minutes was the ONLY motivator on the device to begin with.     When google PURPOSELY disabled my charge 5, by the time I got my charge 6 two days and over 100$ later the only useful feature was gone.

Google downgrades every third party service it takes over!!!!!

Yeah I was just looking for that! Why google! It was a great tool to tell me how much zone I need to be now I just guess!

@Bergenaj @Tiduslaw I see they have a new thing under Activity called "Cardio Load". But I have found it useless because it has no correspondence to your Active Zone Minutes. My guess is that they are using this new thing as a substitute for what they took away. @LizzyFitbit please let whoever know that this "Cardio Load" is totally useless and we want the Zone Minute recommendation back.

I've actually learned if you type the readiness score into google search on
a browser and ask the AI how many zone minutes should you do based on the
readiness score- It will of course suggest you base it on the default of
your minute goal (150 p/week, about 22mins a day generally)....but if you
work your question just right, it will give you an estimate on how many
minutes you should look for.

My device's cardio target is STILL F'd. It started working after
calibration but its goals were kinda ridiculous- It doesn't work at all
atm because the function actually stopped working and takes an -entire
week- to recalibrate again.

@Bergenaj Thanks for the AI tip. I find the Cardio suggestion seems unrelated to your "readiness". It looks like they are just suggesting what you need to do to maintain your cardio "goal".
