Custom heart rate zones no longer displays on IOS. Still an option in Settings, but only Peak, Vigorous and Moderate display. I’ve tried turing off Custom Zone, logging out, deleting the app, reinstalling, etc. but still missing. I depend on reporting a specific heart rate. Please fix!
Hi @JenMorten, and thanks for taking the time to share this product feedback about bringing back custom heart rate "time in zones" on the Fitbit app with us. We rely on feedback like yours to help us develop products and features that we know our community wants to see. Fitbit, why did you stop the time spent in custom heart rate zone showing up on the daily heart rate graph? This was the entire reason I got a Fitbit! Bring this back FAST or I will be switching to a better hr monitoring device, ie. NOT any kind of Fitbit.
I agree. Please bring back this feature as soon as possible. Like others this is the only reason I purchased a Fitbit. If the custom Zone isn't available this watch is useless for me.
How hard can it be to reverse the negative software update that eliminated the custom heart rate zone? The fact that we are still able to "set" a custom heart rate zone but unable to see the report definitely points to a defective upgrade. When something is broken it should be fixed as soon as possible!
Yes please fix this! Custom zones are the entire reason that I have the Fitbit, for heart health purposes. It shouldn’t take X amount of votes to fix this bug (and I consider it a bug, since the custom zone settings in app says that the custom zones will appear in app, and they don’t).
Why can’t we just go back to the same operating system which is the reason many of us bought the Fitbit for I have Parkinson’s and used it for my exercise program but without the custom heart zone it is virtually useless Doesn’t seem quite right .
Completely agree with others that we need this back. It shows on the Today section on wrist but it's then lost at midnight so unless I check right before that and keep a record I can't monitor one of my most important health metrics.
It feels like Fitbit don't actually want us to remain loyal to the brand. Every update or new product removes features!
