Bring back previous layout for heart rate tile

I use Fitbit to track my resting heart rate alongside stress and illness for insight into how my body is coping. I can no longer see the previous spikes and troughs of my resting heart rate so have lost all points of comparison. I am going to see if this is resolved in the next update before looking for a new tracker that has usable data

Like so many that use the resting heart rate data, we’re disappointed and FRUSTRATED that the granularity of resting heart detail is now gone on some time frames. Averages have a place, but so does the detail level of the past. Additionally, the graph/chart doesn’t even fit on the screen anymore. Eight years of data can no longer be reviewed.

My doctor and I found this information useful.

I HATE the new layout heartrate layout - enough to find a place to report it, sign in, and complain. I NEVER JOIN THESE BOARDS, but the heartrate layout and history are bad enough to make me consider other options. User since 2016.
I miss yearly data trends at a glance.
I hate the new blocky layout.
I can't enlarge the screen to see details

I don't understand your response. The heart rate tile does not need to be
developed. It already exists, and has for years! We just want this returned
to the customer. We didn't buy this product to look at stick figure chart
averages.

My complaint is that the heart rate tile and display has changed.

It used to show a year trend in an easy-to-see format to one that is less
visually informative AND doesn't show a year at a time. It shows a month at
time, which doesn't show the year trend.

I'd like to know, for example, the details of each night's sleep. This does
not show that.

Not only is it almost useless having the resting HR only shown as few-day averages, it is difficult to compare between years because the scale on the graphs is different for each year.

I certainly hope it will be reviewed and attended to as I currently feel extremely cheated. I pay for a premium subscription and have just had access to my data essentially removed by fitbit without warning or good reason. I wonder if there is a way to get a refund? I am already looking out for a new tracker in case this is not sorted out quickly. It’s a shame as I have had a Fitbit for a long time and always found it really useful, but without access to data it’s just an expensive unattractive wristband.

100% agree. I use the highly detailed 1 year view of the resting heartrate to track my cycles. The old version (with blue background) used to be so good and easy to read, it was amazing that it could show the whole year's resting heart rate and we could scroll through to see each day's stat.
We've been trying to conceive for over 5 years, and thanks to the resting heart beat, I could tell when there were spikes in my heartrate hinting at ovulation/period/and i even was able to predict I was pregnant through it. It helped us conceive twice this year! however sadly they both resulted in miscarriage. I'm relying on it to conceive again, BUT now with the new update, it only shows averages and not the everyday stats. It makes it super hard to compare with previous months. Furthermore the design is harder to read and overall the app has become WORSE. All the updates since the beginning of 2023 have just make the app worse and worse. Do better fitbit, please.. or I'm going to have to change watch brands.

I also never comment on these forums, but this information is so important I've have to sign up and contribute to the conversation.

I bought my Fitbit as it had daily resting heart rate tracking, graphed over ALL TIME PERIODS. I used it to track my thyroid health. I will now need to find an alternative brand… suggestions anyone ?? I am at a loss, it was such a good indicator of my hypothyroidism
