Bring back the old sleep summary page

When I had my Charge 5 and the first few weeks of having my Charge 6 the app would give me a sleep summary page with, Sleep Stages, Time in each stage, Oxygen levels and Bedtime and wakeup all on a handy page. Since a recent update I now seem to get a much more basic three tiles and I have to open each one and look through for all the information.

Please bring back the old sleep graph.  The new one is worse.

Thank you for your willingness to receive feedback on your product and your upfront and omnisus statement to "unaccept and refuse to consider" (across the board) anything I may say.!

What crackpot, 3rd tier legal counsel and marketing VP came up with that one!!!!

In over 30 years as a BI consultant, I've never seen such a thing. You are definitely breaking new ground here... and poking your parent company right in the eye ... just as your latest update and underlyimg statement of strategic vision has done.

This is no way consistent with the Google I know & admire and it is embarrassing  to me personally/ professionally as their longtime advocate in many venues.

Be assured Google wants to know and will know!

Thank you again for your iron-clad unwillingness to accept and consider my feedback.

BTW, i can assure you that it will make my next steps immensely easier and more impacting  going forward.

You ask a good question. Companies usually do beta testing before full
deployment of new site features. I also wonder if this was done and how
many people were given the opportunity to be involved in the process.

Same as you, I have lots of family as well as friends who have been long,
long time users of Fitbit, and are not very happy now.

I thought I was alone after this latest update. The new sleep statistics screen is absolutely horrid. Like others have commented, as my Fitbit ages I will be looking for other products that are more user friendly.

This new sleep format is horrible, you can't read it & you can't put it in landscape. There is also no "range for your age" showing as before. Please bring back old version!

Yes, me too. I just got my new Luxe for Chistmas, but when time to replace
I will NOT be getting another FitBit, especially if they do not reverse
this unusable update for sleep.

When Fitbit owned the product, the updates would make the app better. But since Google has had it, it seems like they just make it less user friendly. Go rehire the old staff who used to support the product

100% agree with this.

"I feel the update was not an improvement to how the sleep information is presented."

I use this feature daily and it is not usable as it.  If it stays as such I will be looking elsewhere.
I'd use this: Daily

I got my update on iPhone several days before my girlfriend got her update
on Android. She absolutely hates it. We are both waiting for our Fitbits to
die and considering our fitness tracker options.

I agree. Well said.

It is the worst update and even though I have used Fitbit for many years, I am already looking at another brand option as I cannot stand this update. I would revert back to the old version in a heartbeat if given that option. This is a royal fail, Fitbit.

Agreed. I haven't seen anyone in the community forum from Google/Fitbit
joining the conversation and giving an explanation for the change.

I had heard it works on an Iphone. Is it the same as before on the IPhone?

I took another disappointing look at the graph today and scheduled to
cancel my subscription next month as it renewed already. Very disappointed.

Read many of the statements from so many users and here, I thought it was me and not Fitbit/Google but...

So yes, please bring back the old sleep format, the new one is very, very disappointing and I now go days without reviewing it as it is too difficult to comprehend. I am sure there is someone out there, probably a Google engineer, who will read this and think that I am blind for not appreciating the improvement but it's not working! In the immortal words of Dr. Leonard "Bones McCoy, "I know engineers, they love to change things". I didn't need my morning routine to be harder, change it back please!

iPhones do NOT have the old sleep tracker version. Once your Fitbit app is
updated you no longer have the old version.

In response to CRoberts75.

Here are screenshots from my iPhone app.  Initially, it changed to showing Awake, REM, Light and Deep info, with a sleep score but in a different hard to read format.  Last night, is showing just Awake, Restless and Asleep with no sleep score.  It is getting progressively worse.

My app (iPhone) has also been showing only the 3 stages: Asleep, awake, & restless, since the "update". No more sleep score and the information provided is obviously incorrect as it shows several hours of restless time.

I've had my Versa 4 about 6 months and I am so done with it. 50 - 100+ floors every day when I struggle to get 10 actual. Too much uncertainty about the accuracy of all the data presented. I believe I can find a better tracker sold by a company that doesn't make changes that make things worse. Also, a premium subscriber, but that ends now.

Demand a refund. This new data is not what you paid for. My subscription was through Apple and they sent me a refund.

The main reason I bought a Fitbit was for the sleep tracker. I have sleep apnea. Under the old format, I would bring my Fitbit to my doctor and we would scroll down the stats since my last visit. This helped him find the best treatment for me. With the changes to the format has made Fitbit totally useless to me. I can't use it any lo ger at my doctor's. There were other features I used that were downgraded or removed altogether after being bought out but the sleep stats were most important to my health. I still mourn the loss of other features as well but if you can only give us one thing back, please let it be the previous version of the sleep tracking.

Another user who hates the new sleep graphs. I'm not resistant to change but this has less functionality.  I want the scroll bar back that allowed me to see exactly what time I was I'm at different stages. That was very helpful in determining what was keeping me awake during the night!

Agreed. This has been a horrible update. As a premium user I will be canceling my subscription over this update. Sleep score has become unusable and an absolute unpleasant experience to interact with. I will be shopping outside of fitbit for my next watch.

Just so we are clear fitbit/google. I am unwilling to attempt to adapt to your horrible mismanagement of this interface. Your UI team should be ashamed, embarrassed and replaced. The management team who authorizes such changes should also be shaken up. Bad decision after bad decision.
