Bring back the old sleep summary page

When I had my Charge 5 and the first few weeks of having my Charge 6 the app would give me a sleep summary page with, Sleep Stages, Time in each stage, Oxygen levels and Bedtime and wakeup all on a handy page. Since a recent update I now seem to get a much more basic three tiles and I have to open each one and look through for all the information.

How do you do that?
I did not update my app. I record my walks. Under activity I click walks &
then at the top of the next page I click the up arrow. It takes me to space
that has a bunch of squares. I click on
sleep & it takes me to the old graph

I much preferred the old sleep format. I was pushed to update my app several months ago. The sleep summary was probably my favorite part of the app before the update. I'm very frustrated each time I check it now. The new layout is clunky and hard to read. The new layout also does not record naps and you can't see any other interval of sleep besides your nightly sleep. The color scheme is also a harsh change from the previous one and it doesn't match the rest of the app anymore.

I have an apple. phone

I agree, it sometimes feel like the young ones at fitbit forget there are older and things like looking at the phone is not comfortable we prefer to look at laptops and not everything need to be updated every few months. I know an exaggeration

I never updated fitbit and have been able to access the old sleep summary
report. I record my daily walks and if I click on 'walK "on the main page
after my walk has been recorded the next page has an up arrow and if you
click there you will see a box to click for sleep and it takes you to the
old sleep summary page.

After several months of inaccurate data, and then 4 days of my Fitbit telling me I did not sleep at all when I did and telling me I had no heart rate at all, I finally just gave up on Fitbit and ordered an Apple watch this morning. The sleep and heart data are the most important to me (I have a mechanical heart valve). My Fitbit worked beautifully until Google bought them out and destroyed the function of the Fitbit app. The new sleep data layout I can live with, but the inaccuracy I cannot live with. My main reason for choosing an Apple watch is because they offer aluminum housing as a choice. I am allergic to most metals including steel, but not to aluminum. I just really need something more accurate with my health issues.

This post has more than 3000 votes for a fix. What does it take to get some attention from the design team or other Fitbit teams? I'm assuming that the "old sleep summary page" is the scrollable sleep history found on the Compose page. What is the alternative for sleep history?

Doesn’t make much sense to alienate and anger so many people does it?

very disappointed in that upgrade they also removed being able to remove the 2nd and 3rd sleeps.  actually sitting at computer or sitting in chair read.  it's in mypocket because i  put it there to record my steps with rollator or grocery cart. we used to be able to remove the extra sleep, but no more... also doens't always count the steps with it in my pocket

I hate the new fitbit sleep information. The sleep information was the main reason I got the Fitbit. The new app gives no useful information. For the first time I’m losing interest in wearing it. I’ve had it for years and considered getting a new one because the battery isn’t as good as it once was, but I’m glad I didn’t. It’s not worth it. I’m going to get a battery for the watch I used to wear before I got the Fitbit, and save the hassle of charging my watch every few days.

I rolled back to an old version of the app that had the great and much clearer sleep summary. Unfortunately the old version is starting to play up and the exercise record is missing a ton of walks and my linked Peloton workouts. They show on the home page on the day I do them so they are being correctly sent to Fitbit but when entering the exercise details page they are gone and never show there.

I think I will need to give in and upgrade to the latest app version and say goodbye to the old sleep summary page.

Edit: Updated and the exercise page is fully working now with all my Peloton workouts there going back weeks so that's good. But there is the eye sore of the new child's line drawing sleep summary chart. Yeesh.
