Bring back the option for low battery emails

I have not been receiving the low battery emails and did not notice my fitbit needing to charge on time. I rely on the emails as I do not like push notifications on my phone.

Hi @XDahlia - did you check the Fitbit App -notifications, to ensure you get alerted on your phone for low battery.

Also if you have a smart watch choose a clock face which gives you battery level information

Everyone in my household is having the same problem. Getting tired of being told how to fix it with an option that no longer exists in the Fitbit app.

The toggle button to receive e-mails for low battery NO LONGER EXISTS in the app.

Please make it possible for my fitbit to email me when it's battery is low! This feature used to be available and is not any more. I used it all the time. I understand this feature was discontinued in April, but please bring it back!

Not sure what is more depressing here. How google is slowly killing the product or how few people are complaining. Everyone I speak to has simply given up and does not believe anyone is paying attention. So they dont even come to this page. This is just a scam. Such contempt for customers.

Seriously, what does it cost GOOGLE to send A GMAIL notifying us. The notifications on the ipad are always hidden, I see them days later.  Even though I have selected the persistent banner. I also am not hooked to the ipad, I am on my laptop.

This is just one thing after another. We lost access to the webpage, where we could easily process our data. Now not even notificaitons I mean, instead of adding features, they are cutting. For what, to sell their product that gets terrible reviews/ If they kill fitbit I am going to samsung or some asian app, this is just ridiculous. A gain, nothing but contempt for customers.

@ChrispyC @MaureenHirschfe If you don't vote on requests, they don't pay any attention to what we say here. If they respond to anything, and it's a big if, it's to no of votes.

Thank you. I agree with you 100% too!  But we can't even like each other's comments. If you have a look at other posts complaining, they just archive them after a couple of complaints. Lizzyfitbit will come along and tell us thank you and how they take all this very seriously.

Of course karma being what it is, the google watch is doing even worse.  Oh dear, what are we in for...
