Please bring the Relax app to the charge 5. The charge 5 has the perfect size screen I'm looking for but I'm so disappointed to hear that the Relax app isn't offered.
The relax app was one of my favorite features on charge 3. It seems ridiculous that they would remove many basic features such as weather and of course the relax app from their “most advanced fitness tracker.” Don’t get me wrong, I love my charge 5, but these features being missing really makes me want to return it and get a charge 4.
Really disappointed this app is not available! Please please please bring it to the charge 5… this is a huge miss on Fitbit’s part!
Oddly enough when I look at the app’s page, the charge 5 is listed as one of the compatible devices… But when I go to install it, it says it’s not available 😞
I also agree with this suggestion. It even appears to be on the charge 5 in the picture. I just got mine for Christmas and I'm very disappointed that the Relax app is not included. I can only hope it will be there in an update.
Please give us an update on this that isn’t some copypasta @LizzyFitbit This app helped with my anxiety when I couldn’t look at my phone and I can’t understand why it can’t be added in some shape or form.
It has obviously upset a lot more users than just me. Please provide an update.
Please bring this back, I wasn’t aware the change 5 didn’t have this feature. I used this feature with my charge 2 all the time and loved it. If I would of known the change 5 didn’t have this I wouldn’t of purchased it
Wait charge 5 is meant to be the newest and best of the fitness lines. Why get rid of a feature that is competitive to other products like apple? I’m new to Fitbit, switched over from Apple for a variety of reasons, but this was one of my fav features and I’m disappointed to not see it here, especially when it seems like it used to be a thing…

100% agree. How foolish to not have the relax feature on the Charge 5. I upgraded from the Charge 3, but it's not feeling like an upgrade anymore. I think I'm going to return my Charge 5 and go back to my Charge 3. This was a step down in my opinion
I asked for the Charge 5 for Christmas and was grateful to have received it. I could have sworn the Relax app was listed in the features on the website when I specifically chose the Charge 5 device out of all the other devices. I was so confused why it wasn't working when I just tried setting up my new device, so after trying a few things and researching in the app to no avail, I googled it and this forum popped up. I can't believe this app was removed. So disappointed. I was so looking forward to this feature. For such a new device, I don't understand why this was removed. I echo all the other community members -- PLEASE bring the Relax app back for the Charge 5!!!
Yes please. I get a lot of anxiety that drove my heart rate up. the relax app was so helpful. Even my kids did it with me. As a special needs teacher, breathing techniques is a great self regulation tool. I’m shocked it’s not there. The only thing I can think of is that you just want people to pay for the subscription to access the meditation feature
I was looking for exactly this and I am disappointed that it is not available anymore - but was on older versions of the charge.
The mediations in the mindfullness-app are all guided meditations but I just need a breathing meditation that records the session and the pulse rate at the beginning and at the end, for 5 minutes. Similar to the EDA-Scan but with no need to touch the sensors.
My charge 2 was not syncing anymore, so I decided to buy the charge 5. The description of the device mentions stress management features and I assumed that of course the relax feature was part of that. It was one of my favourite features of the charge 2 and despite the other features of the charge 5, I may end up returning it because this feature is no longer available.
