Please bring the Relax app to the charge 5. The charge 5 has the perfect size screen I'm looking for but I'm so disappointed to hear that the Relax app isn't offered.
Please add Firbit Relax to the Charne 5. I got a message on my Fitbit app when I synced it today recommending I use the Relax app but its not avaliable on the Charge 5. There the EDA scanner but that is not the same. The sceptic in me thinks that Fitbit won't add it as they want people to sign up to their Premium mediation service.
I do have the Premium service (free months), but the meditation service is not the same. There are no unguided breathing-exercises. If the Relax app would be a Premium service, that would be finde with me and worth it - more than other premium features that I don't need and use.
I just bought Charge 5 today and I feel really disappointed that Relax app is took out. Please bring it back to support your Stress management feature. This Relax app is a must.
ok Fitbit, there are over 200 votes for this feedback. Would you please bring back the relax app to charge 5? I really hope this was not a move to pressure people to sign up for premium!
I thought something like this was going to be on the Charge 5 - This is my first fitbit and I'm a little disappointed there isn't more to support or track daytime breathing. Bringing back this app would be a great first step.
I have a Charge5 and my FitBit App is suggesting Relax to me. I went looking for it to give it a try and found this forum. Why would it come up as a suggestion if it’s not available? I like using the Mindfulness tools but also think the guided breathing without sound would be useful.
I agree with this option not being available I’m thinking of actually returning the Fitbit charger five. Part of the reason why I like the Samsung model is because they did the breathing where I could visualize and take the time to do it throughout the day. I was really bummed now to find out it’s not available on the Fitbit
Yeah it's ridiculous that an upgraded version of the charge 4 is missing most likely one of the most important feature. Also it would be mandatory to add the capability to add water with just one touch on the device itself.
Yeah, I had to create an account just to voice my support for this suggestion. I switched to the charge 5 from my inspire 2 and I'm really thinking about sending this back as it doesn't support the relax app. Behind steps counting, this was the key feature of my Fitbit experience.
When I needed to calm down during a panic attack this app helped me center myself and calm down. It was also great for getting ready for bed.
Just upgraded to Fitbit 5 from 4, and there is no Relax App! If I had known that it was not included, I would not have purchased it. I thought I was upgrading, not downgrading as it is also missing the weather app, Spotify, etc! Please bring this App on Charger 5, I can see it is compatible from the screenshots provided on the App, but it says unavailable.
I have to say, this is a deal breaker for me. Was about to buy 5 but finding out this app is missing is making me hold on to my old Fitbit. Please add this useful app to the new model.
Yes. Please bring the relax app to the Charge 5. It's such a simple and easy way to be mindful and calm for 2 minutes without much effort or focus on some video, plus it's completely quiet. It's a much needed part of my day and was shocked when I didn't see it in the app list.
I'm pretty sure the EDA scan actually causes me MORE stress when I use it on the Charge 5 as opposed to the Sense's EDA scan. I had purchased a Sense for a few days before deciding to switch to the Charge 5, and now when I'd do an EDA scan on the Charge 5, my heart rate always increases from the beginning of the scan to the end, something that always lowered when I did the scan on the Sense, and I have so many more responses too.
I think it's due to the force needed for the sensor to pick up and uncomfortable position you have to hold the Charge 5 in. I can't hold it without my breath moving my arms, unless I'm sitting at a table and that's not very relaxing. Where as the Sense only seems to need to make contact with the frame (without a squeezing force) to work properly.
The breathe app is really useful for people with anxiety. I was looking it up to help someone that was going through a panic attack and I couldn’t find it. You completely let me down.
I don’t know why you took it out but please bring it back.
You would think with EVERYONE wanting this, FitBit would listen and bring it back ESPECIALLY in the stressful times we live in now – and working in the medical field! I am NOT happy with this FitBit and wished I would have stuck with my Samsung! ☹ Even my sister’s Cheap knock-off has this lovely feature!
I bought the charge 5 because I thought it had a relax app like the previous version and it is described as having mindfulness tools. I don't want to go to the app for it. I'm returning it and going back to my old Garmin with weather and music control ability. The pluses don't outweigh what is missing on the charge 5 (things that should be standard).
Please allow the relax app to run on Charge 5! I may not have bought the thing if I would have realized this very useful app was going to be removed. Some of the decisions Fitbit makes leave me baffled.. and frustrated. But maybe not if I had my relax app
I juste Buy my New fitbit charge 5, and the first thing I search it is the relax app. It was really helping me to sleep and relaxe when i am stress. So please, I think its easy to make available this simple app and make a lote of people happy. Also when you buy a new product i'm expecting to have more app, including older app. The person how don't want it can simply uninstall the app. Thanks
I loved my Fitbit Inspire, because it had a Relax app that truly helped me. Then, it broke. I've used Fitbits since 2014, so I decided to upgrade once more. I purchased a Fitbit Cahrge5. It seemed to have all the features my Inspire had. But to my surprise, the Relax app was gone (?!?!). The EDA scan is rather useless. Bring the Relax app back ASAP
