Please bring the Relax app to the charge 5. The charge 5 has the perfect size screen I'm looking for but I'm so disappointed to hear that the Relax app isn't offered.
Hi@Dentetes, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about the possibility of including the Relax app on the new Charge 5 device. I noticed that a similar feature suggestion already exists, so I’ve moved your posthere, this helps to keeps the boards more organized. Make sure to add your vote as well to support this suggestion, this helps the team of developers to keep track of popularity and demand over time.

The Charge 5 must be one of the worst products in history!
Transcendentally freakin awful!!
No physical button, dropping the awesome relax feature, even though it looked like it had it. Who cares about colour screen without these 2
I was pretty happy with the Charge 4.
But the Charge 5 sucked.
- It switched itself off 8 hot yoga workouts in a row!!!
- And near 50% of my runs.
- And was useless during swims.
Does anyone at Fitbit/Google exercise??
If so you'd realize you sweat, and touch screens DON'T like moisture.
I suggest you do an upgrade swiftly to Charge 6, and bring back relax and physical button.
Surely you make way more using our private data and google and through the subscription than you do on margins of upfront sale.
Still $2B for Fitbitout of Google's $2T, maybe no one even cares???
And the UI is so cumbersome
I swapped to an apple watch and earbuds which was awesome - but didn't want to get used to Bluetooth in my ear, so eventually went back to Charge 4. Not thrilled but it does the job.
Apple is SO much better in almost every way, but heavier and no Zone minutes. Fit bit is on a winner with that I think!
I think Fitbit would have lost 98% of people to apple who got sick of Charge 5.
I'm commenting on be half of my Mom and sister as well as myself, we are sorely disappointed that the guided breathing feature is not on the fit bit Charge 5, I used it regularly on my charge 3, I suffer from insomnia and anxiety, it was quick and convenient, and even with many friends needing it and using it, they considered buying their own fit bit, until they learned it's no longer a feature. Sadly my charge 3 died, so I was given a 5 for Christmas, had I purchased it myself I would have gone for the 4. Unless the relaxation breathing is returned, these are our last fit bits, the 3 of us are very disappointed.
I took the quiz to find out what fitbit would be right for me when my old one died. I included stress management as a priority, so I'm really surprised that the Relax app wasn't included on a fitbit model recommended for that purpose. I feel the model was misrepresented. Please bring this feature to the charge 5!
I do realize that this is a old post, however it seems in the time from post 1 to this yr 2022, the relax app is still unavailable for the charge 5 device. I would much rather like to be able to use the relax app on my device rather then use the pay app, can someone please enlighten this situation for the users of the charge 5 Fitbit device,
Managing stress is something important for a lot of people. And midfulness has become a daily routine for most including me. I would like to have the relax app on the charge 5 to help me manage my stress better

Please do bring back relax to charge 5! Its a necessity for mental health and should not have been removed for the charge 5 😞
Hi @Zero69, thanks for taking the time to share this suggestion about adding Relax app to Charge 5. I've moved it into a similar request. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs.

I also returned my Charge 5, and rather than buy another one, I think I’m going to just learn how to use my apple watch for the things I used to use my versa for.
I can't believe that, after the amount of people who are begging for Relax to come back, it hasn't already become available. With the increased strain on mental health in the last couple years, Relax is critical to calming anxiety and regrounding in stressful situations. I've been a Fitbit user since 2013 and this choice in particular is making me consider changing brands, which is very sad for me as a loyal customer.
In terms of “top” posts, this one is third in comparison to other suggestions posted in 2021. But it’s still only “reviewed by moderator”? What more does it take to get this under consideration, when it is clearly popular?
What needs to be done to get the relax app installed on the charge 5, people are clearly missing this app, why can't a development team just add it like all the others. I have bad anxiety, the relax app helps more than you can imagine so upgrading from an inspire to the charge 5, I was excited then very quickly let down not being able to access relax, though clearly visible yet uninstallable......WHY???? we all want answers.
I really, really miss the relax feature. I would go back to my charge 4 except I gave it to my mom. 😞 Well, I actually miss my Charge 4 overall. Wonder if I can find my Charge 3?
FYI...The EDA scan raises my stress level just trying to get it to start. I can't seem to hold it precisely right.
Whats even worse is I am a premium member, and the charge 5 app gallery shows the relax app but says “not compatible with my device”…. My new charge 5. I’m really missing my charge 3 that allowed me to use the relax app without being a premium user, and it also counted floors. First time I feel like my new Fitbit update to the charge 5 is really a downgrade in my opinion… oh well, I’m sure nothing will change. I’ll maybe get a reply saying how my view is important and then it will be forever forgotten.
It seems crazy that this feature is missing - it's one of the main features I'm looking for as I research what to replace my Charge 2 with. It's essentially mindfulness, which is very 2022. This feature would market the watch for you.
