Bring the Relax app to Charge 5

Please bring the Relax app to the charge 5. The charge 5 has the perfect size screen I'm looking for but I'm so disappointed to hear that the Relax app isn't offered.

I don't utilize the relax app often, but there have been times where I've been so stressed out, having it on my wrist was EXTREMELY helpful.  I miss not being able to control Spotify from my wrist, check the weather, or use relax.  All things my Charge 3 did.  But I upgraded to the Charge 5 because the 3 and 4 are hard to see on sunny days.  Bumm there is no Auto mode for brightness too.  Seems like Fitbit keeps talking steps backwards.

I am recovering from covid and stress management is a vital part of this.  I use other apps for meditations or breathing,  but it would be so helpful to have it at my wrist! Using the phone can be distracting and trigger more stress.

For those that use the fitbit für recovery or managing (chronic) features helping to cope with stress and anxiety would be incredibly helpful.

Like others my Fitbit app keeps telling me to try Fitbit Relax. I’ve gone searching for it on my Charge 5 to no avail (obviously). Very odd that the app has repeatedly suggested it when it’s not available.

Is really somebody using the EDA scan?
I'm seriously thinking the new Inspire 3 - that has the relax feature - is paradoxically a better option than the charge 5.
So weird such a basic (but useful) feature has been removed from charge 5

I would love to have an app/exercise for meditation that I could start from my Charge 5 (or other fitbit devices) without the need of my phone.
- Set duration for meditation (e. g. 40 min), 3 vibrations upon finish
- Set interim duration (e. g. 20 min), 1 vibration during duration
- Track heart rate
- Show history in exercises or mindfulness

Hello,

I was diagnosed with panic disorder almost ten years ago, and the Fitbit charge 2 was introduced to me in 2016 to help me breath through panic attacks with the relax app. This has become my go-to response when a panic attack occurs and it’s tremendously helpful. I just experienced my first panic attack since purchasing the charge 5 and could not find the relax app only to realize it’s no longer available. I am so saddened to hear this as this was the main reason for my loyalty to Fitbit. Maybe Fitbit did not realize how important this app is, but for people like me who suffer with severe and debilitating panic attacks, it was the most helpful things out there. Mostly because I didn’t have to look at an led screen, which can trigger the attack even more, but I could just quickly start it, close my eyes, and focus on the light buzzing with my breathing. Please bring it back.

I completely agree. The "Relax" feature was one of the simplest and best there was.

I recently changed from fitbit 2 to fitbit 5 and definitely miss it.

Please implement this again.

26/09/2021 and now it's 06/09/2022

Almost a year later still nothing! I also got this for stress and heart management, the ECG, relax and mindful apps were key. Even the screenshots below show it's meant to be on the charge 5.

I don't understand why there is almost nothing on this Fitbit. People report removing apps and unable to put them back because the app store says unavailable.

FITBIT OR GOOGLE SORT THIS OUT NOW! OR refund us the portion of expected features to what we actually got.

It's funny that ECG app tell you to do a breath exercice ...

Ironic... Or sarcastic:(

Please Fitbit it's time to implement it again, we are enough to claim for it please. @Fitbit

Please bring back the breathing app. I had the Fitbit 2 and do not consider the Charge 5 much of an upgrade because this feature was eliminated.

Pleeeeease Bring Back the Relax app. It was one of the best features of charge 3 and 4. It was very simple, and super helpful. Please listen to your customers, and bring this one back for the 5.  I can go without weather, and spotify, just please get this back. Why would there be screenshots of it, and it not be there? So confusing...Please listen to your customers. Thank you.

Well I took it back. Based on the fact that the website says Charge 5 is supported for relax, not to mention it's on the previous models. A customer would reasonably expect this to be included.
This looks more like a case of removing features to push people to use a premium feature "calm". Just looking at the watch stresses me out so I took my charge 5 back to the shop based on false and misleading marketing, and unsupported product given it's been a year and nothing has changed. I'm in Australia so just check your local laws.

I'm getting suggestions on my Charge 5 to use the Relax app but the Relax app still isn't available on Charge 5.  This is a NEW suggestion that I have been receiving in the past couple months.  It seems a little crazy to me to create a new suggestion related to the Relax app when the app isn't even available on the latest FitBit model (the Charge 5).  Since FitBit obviously cares about this app enough to advertise it to its users, can you please just bring the app back?

Please please allow us to add this app to the Fitbit charge 5.  I purchased the watch assuming that this app will be present

Only just got the charge 5 due to my 3 breaking but gutted the relax app isnt on here.  Timeouts are always important in stessful environments.  Wish they would add it.

Seriously, I created a profile just to upvote for this idea. The Relax app was one of my most used features on the old Charge 2, and I am very disappointed that it's not available on my shiny new Charge 5. Please bring it back.

Relax is a great app and should be in the 5

The relax app would be an additional feature that both myself, and the other FIVE family members who also have the Charge 5 would use regularly.... Many thanks.

I miss these features . The Charge 4 had these features. It would be a great package with all the other features the Charge 5 has.

I too was very disappointed that the relax app is gone. Kind of seems like false advertising. I had a charge 2 and my husband just bought me the 5 and it’s not any better. The EDA seems useless. No info on what wether your scores are good or bad. It then suggests I do a relax breathing exercise, even though it is no longer available. I miss having a button on the watch, too. If 5 is supposed to be an upgrade, it failed. I mean, I liked the 2 better, so what does that say? Upgrades should keep existing features and give you more, not take things away.
