Bring the Relax app to Charge 5

Please bring the Relax app to the charge 5. The charge 5 has the perfect size screen I'm looking for but I'm so disappointed to hear that the Relax app isn't offered.

What is also highly irritating and considerably insulting in this context is that Fitbit in certain situations sends out messages to Charge 5 owners, recommending they use the Relax app - when it's not even available to them (us)!!!

I bought the charge 5 assuming that it would have a breathing app. Other cheaper trackers have this feature. The Charge 5 is a newer fitness tracker from a well known manufacturer so it was really disappointing to see that it wasn't on here. Using an app sucks. I got the tracker to be in my phone less, not more. Please bring this feature to the C5!

I just tried to install the Relax app, like all of you have for over a year now, and it's still not available even though it's been sitting on the phone app all this time. It says I should update my app and device. Well, guess what, Fitbit? Both of them are very much up to date, and it's still not available. 

What this tells me is that buying a fitbit might have been a big mistake, because people have been asking for this feature for over 1 year apparently  and you still haven't listented. So the way I see it you're not interested in listening to your customers. How hard could it possibly be to make this available on the Charge 5? You had in previous models. You still have it on other models. 

So let's add one more voice to the chorus. Please make the Relax app available for the Charge 5. It's already in the app list. It's only fair. Like many have said  it's a simple way to help mediate stress without having to watch a video or listen to audio, you just use the watch? 

Isn't that what the device is for? To help us with our overall well-being?

I gifted my boyfriend a charge 5 and was so excited to show him the relax feature…only to discover it’s not there!!! This is such an integral user component…please bring it back!!!

I recieved a charge 5 as a christmas present, and was looking around on the fitbit app and saw the relax function. I'd heard a million good things about it, and  instantly wanted to install this immensely helpfull app.

But no.

I was dissapointed. This is a huge let down for me as a new user of fitbit. I came here in the hopes that maybe fitbit was working on adding relax to the charge 5, but I only found others like me, whose hopes were crushed by the lack of action and attention to the requests of customers. 

Please fix this.

It is an amazing feature that needs to be added, and will only benefit fitbit as it will bring more people to buy it and be satisfied.

Bring back the relax app.

I have to agree with everyone else.  PLEASE bring the relax feature to Charge 5,. The guided breathing in my Charge 3 & 4 was used almost daily before bed. I also miss the weather & Calendar features, but I can set those up with notifications settings.  PLEASE bring back Relax feature to Charge 5!

In the app gallery the app relax is reported as available for charge 5. Any chance to get back my money or exchange with a charge 4 without having to consult with consumers union?

It’s extremely disappointing that the relax app has been removed from the charge 5. Puts me off buying one. I’d like to believe that fitbit are the best fitness tracking company but yet again here is an example of them deliberately doing things to make products worse for customers.

Just like with the charge 4 we had the relax app, we don't have one for the charge 5.

I enjoyed using the relax application on the charge 4. Very handy, especially to stay calmer when bouncing the little one to sleep 🙂 please bring it back.

Forerunner 45 is 150, same as C5
And so is forerunner 735 XT at 120$
If fitbit don’t treat customers well they don’t deserve money

This is a vital app I have missed since getting my Charge 5.  I used it daily on my Charge 3.  Please bring back the app to be loaded on the Charge 5.

As a note, having apps in your app store that are not available sets an expectation that is quite negative about the product.

So excited about the Relax app I heard about on my Charge 5 - just spent an hour trying everything (updates > it said I needed them for this app) and playing around with it. Only to find it's not available. WTH! Please allow it. It looks like well over a year of requests.

I was getting ready to upgrade from my Charge 4 to the Charge 5. However, I just read that the Relax feature is not available on the Charge 5, as it was on the Charge 4.  This is both perplexing and frustrating.  I will probably bite the bullet now and move to the Apple Watch.

It is like rubbing sand in a wound when my Fitbit app tells me to use Relax because it is so beneficial yet. It is not available on my charge 5. Why would they suggest that on my morning feed?
