Bring the Smart Wake feature to Inspire 2

Though the new Inspire 2 gives insight in sleep stages, the Smart Wake feature is absent. Other Fitbit activity trackers (for example the Charge 4) do have this feature which allows the user to be woken up at the best moment given the sleep stages.

Wow, I am so surprised and disappointed. I just purchased the Inspire 2 as well, as my mum and I was going to get them together. I agree with comments above, it is incredibly misleading, I was also under the impression that the Inspire 2 had Smart Wake. PLEASE add it. 

I am going to tell my mum not to purchase Fitbit, and will do an investigation on a competitors that offers that. 

Fitbit, why is it not there? It would make sense to add it, wouldn't it? 

If not, I think you should come with an argument against it.

I also got a bit disappointed Inspire 2 didn't come with Smart Wake feature. Hope this can be fixed.

P.S: I returned my Fitbit and bought a chinese alternative (amazfit band) for half the price + so2 sensor that actually integrates with the app I wanted to use (sleep like android) for smart alarms.

been on the charge 3 for two years, and just switched to the inspire 2 because i wanted a smaller band. really disappointed that it doesn’t have smartwake, considering returning it

Please please please! I bought this assuming it came with the smart wake feature due to the extensive list if sleep tracking tech. Why is there no Smart Wake?? I low-key feel cheated that the feature isn't on this fitbit.

I also agree! I struggle between using my fitbit as an alarm and using my phone with smart wake. It'd be great if the feature were on the fitbit Inspire 2/ HR.

I have to be honest, I am starting to get a little frustrated with fitbit that this feature has not been enabled on the inspire 2. Smart wake needs to accessible for the inspire 2 model.

Just bought the Inspire 2 and am very disappointed to learn that smart wake isn’t available.  Agree with other commenters that this is a misrepresentation and an easy fix through a software update.  PLEASE add this feature!

I agree with everybody who assumed that this would be a feature on the Inspire 2. Why would it not be? Inspire 2 has all of the hardware necessary, so it's really only a software update. Hope this will be featured soon, since Charge 4 is too big for my wrist.

I was planning to buy fitbit inspire 2 primarily because I wanted smart wake feature from fitbit. Knowing that it's not available, I'm not gonna buy it now. Will wait till they provide smart wake for inspire 2 also. I think it should not be difficult because it's just a software requirement as all the hardware needed is already there.

Finally got my sleep tracking on inspire 2 only to look for smart wake to see it not a feature. Very disappointed inspire 2 is literally perfect for what I want in a tracker everything else is extra. 

What's the update FitBit? Yay or nay stop the chain yanking it's been a long pandemic already

Smart wake. Yes please. My lifestyle has changed and I get up and 5 30am. I'd love a small heart rate monitor with smart wake to better enable me. Please don't make me buy a different brand. I'm a fitbit guy.

Yes, it's quite weird to see that this feature is not added to inspire 2 when it seems to have all of the requirements in place.

This is morally and ethically wrong, Fitbit. If it's not hardware related, I don't see why it shouldn't make way to the Inspire 2 😞

Dear fitbit company,

To add the function smart wake would be a blessing. Many times ive analysed my sleepingpaterns with the inspire 2, but im unable to wake more rested. Adding the function would help me start the day with more energy!
