COVID-19 Bluetooth tracing

Some apps ( like Citizen or NOVID ) are using bluetooth on the phone to anonymously exchange encounter information and trace how many encounters with people who tested positive you had. This requires having your phone on you and your bluetooth on, which I generally don't.
Seems like my Fitbit was made for this.
