Calculate and display Average Daily Heart Rate and DHRPS

I would like Fitbit App or Weekly report to include a simple daily “Average Heart Rate” metric in the app and data exports. Since Fitbit already records minute-by-minute heart rate data, this could be a simple average across a 24-hour period or during defined wake hours.

Based on this recent article, a Fitbit was used by the participants in this research study.  I’m not currently able to get “average HR” data from my Sense 2 and think it would be a great idea for it to be included as a standard metric  along with a calculated DHRPS.

The research reports on DHRPS (daily average heart rate per daily average steps over 6 months) says that Fitbit can give you this information, but it does not, so I would add my voice to the requests that this be available as an app data grab.  The research says it's a good thumbnail for health status and longevity, so please make it available (I'm using a Fitbit Charge 5).
