I have the premium membership and would like to stream the workout videos on a larger screen like my laptop or my tv. I don't see that as an option and fitbit support told me to make the suggestion here.
Love premium videos. Would love to see the ability to cast from apple phone to smart TV or computer - or simply play on my apple laptop from the online platform. I'm in the free trial. Continuing to payment would be determined by being able to SEE the workout videos and interact more easily than on my tiny phone.
Hi- I’d like to ask if Fitbit can put in a feature to cast the workout and mindful sessions on either my laptop or TV using a Mac laptop and Apple TV. This would be a huge bonus to keep up my premium membership. ~gina
I, like so many other FitBit users and Premium subscribers would like to be able to watch exercise videos on my Mac laptop or on my TV. I don't see myself subscribing to Premium again without the ability to watch the exercises on a bigger screen.
I completely agree with the above comments. I have just logged in on my macbook expecting to find premium videos. In 2023 this surely can be done. I will not renew premium without this feature.
Everyone seems to want to be able to use a bigger screen to use your videos, many of which are good. The small screen on a phone makes this difficult. I can’t cast these to my Fire TV which makes them almost unusable because I can’t see the video while I’m trying to follow it. Please make the app available for smart TVs and devices or I’ll cancel.

I have an iPhone mini, and I know I'm not the only one with a small screen! The workouts available on my Premium subscription should be viewable on a laptop. This is not a difficult design fix, either from within the Fitbit account online or the app when you access it from iPad or something similar.
Fitbit is making major bank, so why isn't some of this money being directed to a team working on this fix that has obviously been requested for years now and is 100% aligned with great Fitbit UX. Does Fitbit not have the talent hired on their teams? That seems unlikely. So what is going on?
Is this ever going to happen? you are crucifying IOS users. Once my sense dies it doesnt make any SENSE to continue with fitbit or the premium workouts. You are forcing us down the apple watch route. I hope you do sort it out. This is the only negative for me but it is a big one.
They haven’t fixed it for everyone. Not everyone has Roku or a Google device. It is extremely frustrating that they won’t fix this. They have made no progress as far as I can see.
I can technically airplay from my tiny iPhone mini to my mba and ipad pro both but all that happens is a black screen with the sounds of the workout. I've tried this repeatedly on different days, weeks, etc.
I don't have faith in Fitbit genuinely trying to provide this feature. I don't understand why they don't. It's not a difficult fix.
Now that Google owns Fitbit, please make it a thing to watch workout videos on the premium on a computer or other larger devise. It's so difficult to watch the workout videos on my phone! If I could watch them on the computer, I would totally take advantage of that feature more!
8/14/23 Yes, Google needs to force Fitbit to make these Premium workout videos THAT WE ARE PAYING FOR available on large screens. They need to develop and app for Roku, Apple and Google Play. There are so many complaints I don't know what is taking them so long. They need to learn customer service from Discover Card, where more than one (1) unresolved complaint is considered unacceptable.
Everyone is complaining about this issue of not being able to cast the workouts on larger screens!
It defies belief that Fitbit thinks the videos are useful in any way when they can't be viewed on a larger screen. I have an iPhone so I'm not able to cast to my computer or TV. I won't be renewing my premium membership for this reason alone.
I have been a Fitbit user for over 6 years. I recently subscribed to Fitbit Premium. I am very disappointed that there isn't an option to view the exercise videos on my laptop. Will this ever be an option?
Been gone for awhile and haven’t been using Fitbit for a long time. Very disappointed to see that we still can’t cast workouts to TV with Apple devices. I won’t even consider paying for premium until this changes! How do you expect us to see from a tiny screen?
It's crazy for a paid-for service that workouts from Fitbit can't be accessed on a computer. It's inconvenient to follow a workout on a phone screen and it's not always possible to cast (you can't even do this natively through the Fitbit app). You need to sort this out Google!
