Change hold time music when calling Support

It's bad enough that we have to wait 50 min on the phone (with a transfer to a supervisor in between). Even worse that the reps don't know the products and need to "research it' whilst coming back with exactly what you can read on Google.

But to have to wait endlessly while they do that with Tchaikovsky on endless loop is TORTURE!
