Charge 6 continues to have issues with syncing

I have owned many different fitbits over the years and the Charge 6 seems to have a lot of issues with syncing. Never had an issue with any of the other ones. Why is this particular one having syncing issues? It gets tiring having to run through all the steps to get it back up and running. Please fix this or replace the product.
