Hey @Cho101! Thank you for sharing your Feature Suggestion with the Fitbit Community. Can you please clarify for which country do you want the Citibank added. Here is the Fitbit Pay Bank List.
That's the problem; silence towards Citi on Fitbit Pay and the inability to have Ionic, Versa & Charge 3 on the same account gives the impression that Fitbit doesn't care about its loyal customers.
Many of us have already talked to Citi. Their response is that they are happy to, but FitBit had yet to reach out to them.
Face it: FitBit doesn't care about its users. Between this, the screen timeout issue, and several others. Sell your Charge and buy something from a different company.
I use CITI almost exclusively for purchases. I never imagined that it might not be included in acceptable cards. PLEASE ADD! I'm not sure I would have purchased the Versa if I had know this was an issue 😞
I bought Charge 3 SE last year hoping FitBit will soon add Citi Visa. Nothing yet, not sure why it is taking them so long. I feel it was a waste of money paying extra to get SE version.
I agree with all the others. Citi double is the only card i use. We've been waiting and waiting. What's the problem? What's the status? In 2017, it was "under consideration"! Still???
Please Please Please add Citibank to the Fitbit Pay Wallet. Citi credit cards are the only cards I use. CitiGroup is the 4th largest bank in the United States, its pretty amazing it has still not been added to Fitbit Pay.
Who here has contacted Citibank? Yes, FitBit needs to do their part, but it takes two to tango, and Citi needs to know this is important to their customers too.

I have. Citi says they're happy to work w/ Fitbit and get on board, as soon as Fitbit bothers to reach out to them.
@sremick, I got a similar answer. @SantiR , can you confirm that so far FitBit hasn't contacted CitiBank to see what it would it take to support their cards? Seems like that would be part of the "Under Consideration" phase, so it comes as a surprise.
The "current status" is that Fitbit already got your money and doesn't care about you anymore. We're all suckers. Best move is to write it off and go spend your money on an alternative brand from a company that actually gives a whack about their customers. Their utter silence and ignoring of the hugely-needed fixes and features being cried out for by hundreds of users on these forums is testament to the degree of disregard Fitbit has for users who have naively spent money on their products.
I disagree with SRemick somewhat. I have used and enjoyed Fitbits for several years, and with the exception of the Citi payment issue, I have always found them amazingly responsive and helpful.
That's what makes this so frustrating to me. I understand that some fixes and new features would require a great deal of work and time. However, the addition of a willing, major bank to a service that already exists and has been implemented should be relatively simple and fast.
The problem is that people like you are soft-pedaling the matter and your replies of flattery do nothing but detract from the matter. Your apologetic tone compliments FitBit, when the focus should be on the fact that they (if only regarding this issue) has flat out ignored its customers. Don’t obfuscate the complaint by trying to show reverence to an irresponsible company.
Ah, Guy, chill out. If you read my entire post, you would see that I did criticize Fitbit on this issue. When they are messing up, like about Citi, I think we absolutely should complain, but that doesn't mean they don't deserve credit for what they've done right.
